I am so glad that I was not influenced by some of the reviews I read. I personally had no problems at all & for those who try to contact by phone & can't get through, just use their Live Chat. Immediate response, great delivery & impeccable packaging & above all great prices compared to others.
The Rustic Vintage Kitchen Rack is superb, solid and bigger than expected. It looks really good up on the wall. My order was a preorder, so took about 2 mo this in total from order to delivery.
