CAN I VIEW YOUR PRODUCTS IN PERSON / DO YOU HAVE A SHOWROOM?
We only stock our best quality products and retail them exclusively on our website. This enables us to offer our lovely customers a large range of quality home & garden products, at the best price possible.
We offer up to a 30 day returns policy across our site. This allows customers to purchase with 100% confidence that if their goods don’t suit their needs, or isn’t exactly what was expected from our site, it can be returned with a full refund. All that we ask is that you report this to our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order! the item is sent back to us and must be in its original packaging.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
We understand how important it is to you to order a product that goes amazingly well with your interior. and there's nothing more frustrating than ordering a coffee table or sofa that simply doesn't fit your room or complement your interior. Not only that but to then go through the drama of complicated return policy's makes your life so much harder, that is why If you choose to return your purchase for whatever reason, you have 24 hours from the date of delivery to notify our team so we can confirm eligibility for our 30 days return. CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes our couriers provide tracking codes which we will email or SMS our customers to allow them to track progress. If the order has been dispatched via our specialist furniture delivery company, tracking is not always available. Please feel free to ask us for more information.
WHAT IF MY DELIVERY ARRIVES DAMAGED?
In the unlikely event that your purchase(s) are damaged in transit, please firstly refuse to sign for the item and send it back if it is visibly damaged before accepting delivery. If it is only noticeable once opened, please send us an email with photographic evidence. We will then arrange collection and a replacement with you. Damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of delivery.
CAN I NOMINATE A CHOSEN DATE FOR DELIVERY?
Yes if you have a preferred dispatch or delivery date we can communicate a chosen delivery that suits you via our couriers, provided enough notice is given to us.
CAN I ARRANGE COLLECTION TO GET MY PURCHASES FASTER?
Unfortunately our warehouse is only for holding of our goods and arranging collection from this point won't be possible however we do offer a fast FREE 1-7 day delivery service across UK
CAN I CANCEL AND GET A REFUND IF I CHANGE MY MIND AFTER PURCHASING?
Yes if for whatever reason you have a change of heart after you've made a purchase and you would like to cancel then we would be more than happy to refund your order upon request however (if in stock we aim to package and ship your items in under 24 hours which allows us to complete deliveries within 1-3 days on average you cannot cancel your order once it has been shipped unless it is delivered faulty, damaged or broken)
IF I PURCHASE TODAY WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE BEFORE CHRISTMAS?
Yes if you place your order today and your item is in stock you will receive your beautiful order before Christmas on average customers are receiving their goods within 1-3 days, don't wait any longer order now lovely
