How to become a trade customer of Ellanoir Luxury?
- Fill in the contact page below "please include your area of business and contact details along with which collections your most interested in purchasing from us on a continuous basis".
- Create a normal customer account by clicking "here"
- Download and complete the trade account application form at the bottom of this page and email your completed form to email@example.com
- Once our senior trades account team contact you to discuss your account we will either approve or disapprove you for these services.
- Once approved we will automatically upgrade your "normal customer account" to a "trade account" and your unique trade discount will be automatically applied at all times.
- You will now be able to login to your trade account and view all your trade prices across our ever growing range of furniture.
- To make a purchase simply add items to your cart as normal and head to our trades checkout. Payment will not be taken online, our trades team will email you after your order is placed to provide you with your shipping invoice and ETA once paid your goods will be dispatched and tracking provided.
Please note: As a trade customer you will be able to gain extra discount benefits as you increase your monthly / yearly spend with us. Further information regarding further discounted trade pricing will be discussed with you prior to approving your trade account with Ellanoir Luxury.

Wholesale Furniture Account Terms and Conditions
All goods supplied by Ellanoir Luxury are subject to the following Terms & Conditions:
In these conditions, and any order (as defined below), the following definitions shall apply unless the context requires otherwise.
- Ellanoir Luxury means the supplier of the goods identified in the order as either Ellanoir Luxury, or, Ellanoir Luxury Ltd, a company incorporated under the laws of England & Wales with Registration no. 13263667 and whose Registered Office is at 33 Mildred Street, Salford, M7 2HG.
- Customer means the entity identified as such with the order.
- Goods means the item(s) the customer purchases from Ellanoir Luxury, set out in the order or otherwise.
- Order means the customer’s order for the Goods as set out in order.
Ellanoir Luxury is a supplier of luxury furniture and accessories to the interior design trade market. We supply goods on a consumer/trade basis to various trade customers including: interior designers, retailers, online dealers, the hospitality industry, property developers, and more. If you wish to place an Order, you can do this by browsing our site and placing an order as normal or you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, specifying the name, product code, and quantity of the goods required. We also require confirmation of your invoicing address and customer's delivery address, as well as the customers contact name, email and contact telephone number for the delivery itself.
Upon confirmation of the Order, Ellanoir Luxury will issue the you with an invoice for payment. Please note that Ellanoir Luxury does not provide credit and all invoices are issued on a pro-forma basis with 7-day payment terms. After the 7-day term has expired, Ellanoir Luxury reserves the right to cancel the order without further notice. Please also note that payments must be made by bank transfer with cleared funds required prior to the release of any Goods
(Orders above £750) free delivery charge
(Orders between £0 to £200) £15 carriage charge
(Orders between £200 - £500) £45 carriage charge
Shipping will be charged at checkout, in the rare instance the correct carriage charge isn’t applied when you complete your order our trade team will amend your invoice for you prior to payment.
If you wish to cancel an order, please email the Company at email@example.com. Please note that orders must be cancelled prior to release of any goods. Any orders cancelled after the release of goods, will be charged for any delivery and collection charges incurred by the Ellanoir Luxury.
Opening of Goods
Please note due to the nature of the goods we ask customers to take care in opening them and ensure where possible not to rip, tear or mishandle packaging. This reduces additional risk to damage and better prepares customers in the event of a return.
Goods Received Damaged
In rare instances goods can be found damaged. As such, we ask our customers to thoroughly inspect all goods upon arrival. If your Goods are found to be damaged, you must sign them off as damaged on the delivery company’s proof of delivery and inform Ellanoir Luxury within 24 hours of receiving your item(s). After this time period Ellanoir Luxury cannot be held responsible for any claims relating to damages. Please note, if goods are signed off on the delivery company’s proof of delivery as having been received in good condition then Ellanoir Luxury cannot be held responsible for any claims relating to damages.
If you want to return an order, please email Ellanoir Luxury at firstname.lastname@example.org. All customers have a 14-day period to return any unwanted goods to our warehouse. Please note that for returns where this is matter of preference, for example, size, shape, aesthetics, etc., it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the goods are both returned to our warehouse in their original packaging, and, in a condition that is suitable for resale. Returned Goods incur a 20% re-stocking charge. All goods will be checked thoroughly upon return for both damage and also to ensure packaging is in suitable condition, before any refunds are processed, less the original delivery charge.
Ellanoir Luxury provides a wide variety of shipment options depending on the product being delivered. Generally a palletised delivery service, which is available on either an express 24-hour service, or an economy 48 – 72-hour service. We can also provide a 2-man delivery service to residential premises upon request. Deliveries are scheduled between 9am and 8pm, Monday to Friday. Ellanoir Luxury also offers a timed delivery service where your customers can select an AM or PM delivery slot at a surcharge. Saturday deliveries are also available at a further surcharge.
We currently do not offer the option of you or your customer collecting from our warehouses, this is something we are working to implement in the future and will update you as soon as these services are available.
Inspection of Goods
We welcome the inspection of all goods upon delivery.
Although inspection is not required, we strongly recommend that the tops of all cabinet furniture pieces are inspected to ensure there is no damage to the top surface, top corners, and top edges, of each unit, as Ellanoir Luxury does not accept liability for damage to the tops of cabinet furniture, once a piece has been collected and signed for by a third-party carrier.
Ellanoir Luxury requires a minimum annual spend of £3,500 plus VAT for all Internet Dealing accounts. Internet Dealers must also be given clear express written permission by Ellanoir Luxury prior to selling any of the Ellanoir Luxury's products online. We have a specialist team who daily scans the internet to pick up on any internet dealers operating outside of these terms and will follow up with legal action to prevent fraudulent online dealers operating in this manor to protect our brand.
Changes to these Terms & Conditions
Ellanoir Luxury at all times reserves the full right to change or amend these terms and conditions from time to time without notice, with any and all changes having immediate effect.
Approving / Closure of Trade Accounts
Ellanoir Luxury reserves the right to cancel or terminate trade accounts at any time. We will always express this to you in writing 30 days prior to this action being taken to allow you times to re-adjust to the current market.
