Breathing new life into the old. The frame and the little village houses are all made from reclaimed pine. So it has been rescued and crafted by artisans using traditional techniques. The wood naturally has some characteristics from its former life maybe a few scratches or distressing here and there, which all adds to the interest and the quirkiness.
